So the job was simple on paper — unblock the pipe and stop the leak — but in reality, the access was tight, the pipes were wedged awkwardly against the wall, and water had already started to drip into the surrounding area. Left any longer, that could’ve caused expensive damage.

So we showed the customer photos and videos of the before-and-after once everything was connected, sealed, and flowing properly. It gave her peace of mind, and you could see the relief straight away.
